Recipe for 4 people:
- 16 nice big sardines
- Olive oil
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp of thyme
- 500g of Le Guérandais Coarse Guérande salt
- 2 lemons
Wash the sardines without removing the scales.
Arrange them on a lightly oiled dish and cover with the bay leaves and rosemary.
Mix the Le Guérandais Coarse Guérande salt and the thyme and cover the sardines completely.
Cook for 25 mins at 210°C in a pre-heated oven.
Serve decorated with lemon rounds.
