Ingredients
- 16 BELLES SARDINES
- HUILE D’OLIVE
- 6 FEUILLES DE LAURIER
- ROMARIN
- 1 C. À SOUPE DE THYM
- 500G DE GROS SEL DE GUÉRANDE LE GUÉRANDAIS
- 2 CITRONS
Preparation

Wash sardines without removing scales

Arrange them in a lightly oiled dish and cover with the bay leaves and rosemary.

Mix the Le Guérandais Coarse Guérande salt and thyme and cover the sardines completely.

Bake for 25 minutes at 210°C in a preheated oven.

Serve with lemon slices.
