Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 baby peppers - red, yellow, orange and/or green
- 1 handful of Le Guérandais coarse grey Guérande salt
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
Carefully wash the peppers. Spread a handful of coarse grey Guérande salt over the hot plancha. Place the whole peppers on this and drizzle with olive oil. Turn them regularly for about 10 minutes until they are cooked and nicely coloured.
Serve hot, directly from the plancha to the plate. These peppers may be served as an aperitif, with black olives and some lemon slices, or as an accompaniment to meat or fish.
