  • 20 LARGE RED RADISHES
  • 30 G SOFT BUTTER
  • 30 G LE GUERANDAIS GUERANDE FLOWER OF SALT
  • 30 G LE GUÉRANDAIS FINE SALT WITH ESPELETTE PEPPER
  • 30 G LE GUÉRANDAIS ORGANIC FINE HERB SALT

Preparation

  1. Trim and clean your radishes. Arrange them attractively on a plate.

    Place a piece of soft butter in a dish.

    In three other dishes, place :
    - Le Guérandais flower of salt
    - Le Guérandais fine salt with Espelette pepper
    - Le Guérandais fine salt with organic herbs

  2. Present the radishes, butter, fleur de sel and flavored salts to your guests.
