Ingredients

  • 16 MEDIUM NEW POTATOES, ELONGATED
  • OLIVE OIL
  • 25 G LE GUÉRANDAIS ORGANIC HERB-FLAVOURED FINE SALT
  • 25 G LE GUÉRANDAIS COARSE GREY SALT
  • CUMIN, PAPRIKA, DILL, DRIED SHALLOTS

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to thermostat 6-7 / 200°C.
    Rinse and dry the potatoes, then cut them in half lengthways.
    Arrange the potatoes on an ovenproof tray and sprinkle with your choice of :
    - 4 small pinches of Le Guérandais Organic Herbs fine salt
    - 2 small pinches of Le Guérandais coarse grey salt with, as desired, a pinch of cumin, paprika, dill, dried shallots...

  2. Put them in the oven for 15-20 min without opening the lid... just long enough for them to brown and puff!
