Ingredients
- 210ml half water, half milk
- 380g T80 flour
- 1 egg
- 70g chestnut flour
- 2.5 teaspoons dried yeast
- 20g Le Guérandais fin sea salt
- 1 dessertspoon olive oil (or butter)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation :

Beat the egg and add to the other ingredients in your bread maker.
