Chestnut flour bread

  • 210ml half water, half milk
  • 380g T80 flour
  • 1 egg
  • 70g chestnut flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons dried yeast
  • 20g Le Guérandais fin sea salt
  • 1 dessertspoon olive oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation :

Recipe for one 750g loaf

Beat the egg and add to the other ingredients in your bread maker.
