Le Guérandais was present at this year's EGAST trade show, a not-to-be-missed event for food industry professionals. This participation is fully in line with our desire to strengthen ties with players in the gastronomy sector and to promote the know-how of our cooperative's salt workers.

Our presence at EGAST is also part of a dynamic partnership with Les Moulins Foricher, to whom we extend our warmest thanks. Begun almost a year ago, this partnership is being built over the long term around shared values: the demand for quality, respect for know-how and the promotion of artisanal channels. This partnership reflects our desire to support excellence and commit ourselves alongside passionate professionals who make their craft shine. On this occasion, we had the pleasure of meeting a number of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (Best Craftsmen in France), witnesses to exceptional know-how. These moments of exchange and sharing are at the heart of our approach.

A presentation of our cooperative

On this occasion, Ivan Lemaire had the opportunity to speak in a dedicated interview. In it, he presented our Le Guérandais cooperative, the leading producer of IGP Guérande salt and Fleur de sel, as well as our leading position in origin salts with our Le Guérandais brand.

He also highlighted our cooperative model, based on complete control of the value chain: from production to marketing, including the packaging of our salts. Our Le Guérandais salts are 100% natural, harvested by hand by our salt workers using ancestral know-how, unrefined and additive-free, guaranteeing their authenticity. Ivan emphasized that our approach does not stop at product quality: we support our customers with proximity, advice and expertise, in order to meet their specific needs and make the most of our salts in their businesses. He also emphasized the importance of labels, which are genuine markers of quality and recognition of our expertise. In this respect, Le Guérandais stands out as the only company to offer Label Rouge fine salt to BtoB customers.

This speech also served as a reminder of the values that drive us: transmission, quality, and territorial roots.
