Are you familiar with Sainte Fleur? Celebrated on October 5, this holiday takes on a special dimension in the salt marshes, where Fleur de sel de Guérande is harvested.
On this occasion, the salt workers invite you on a 2-hour guided tour to discover the salt worker's trade, how the salt marshes work and the gustatory qualities of Fleur de sel de Guérande around a few gourmet breaks.Then, Nathan Gourhand, chef at La Baule (La Table du Saint Christophe) will share the secrets of one of his favorite recipes: Noix de Saint Jacques gravlax with smoked walnut vinaigrette and Meyer lemon cloud.
This year, restaurateurs on the Guérande peninsula have also decided to honor the Fleur de sel de Guérande with a special menu. A unique opportunity to explore new flavors, delicately revealed thanks to the subtle aroma of Fleur de sel.
