Idéal avec Fleur de sel
Ingredients
- 150 grammes de farine,
- 1/2 c. à café de levure chimique,
- 50 grammes d’emmental râpé, de comté, de parmesan râpé ou du fromage de votre choix (facultatif)
- 1/2 c. à café de sucre,
- 60 grammes de beurre froid,
- Fleur de sel de Guérande,
- Eau froide,
- Huile d’olive.
Preparation
-
Start by preparing the dough. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and a few pinches of Fleur de sel de Guérande le Guérandais. Add the cold butter and work it in with your fingertips until you obtain a sandy texture.
-
Stir in the liquids. Gradually add the cold water and olive oil, mixing until the dough forms a homogeneous paste. If the paste is too dry, add a little water.
-
Preheat oven to 180°C. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin until it is about 2 mm thick.
-
If you like, sprinkle the dough with a little Emmental, Comté or grated Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of deliciousness.
-
Cut the dough into small squares or rectangles using a roulette wheel or knife. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle lightly with a few pinches of Fleur de sel de Guérande.
-
Bake the crackers (10 to 12 minutes) until golden brown and crisp.
-
Remove the crackers from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before serving. They will keep in an airtight tin for several days. All ready for an aperitif!
