Ingredients
- 800 G DE CABILLAUD OU DE LIEU JAUNE
 - 4 CITRONS
 - 2 CUILLÈRES À SOUPE D’HUILE D’OLIVE
 - 4 CUILLÈRES À SOUPE D’ORIGAN
 - 4 BRANCHES DE THYM
 - 2 PETITES COURGETTES
 - 8 OIGNONS NOUVEAUX
 - SEL DE GUÉRANDE AUX LÉGUMES LE GUÉRANDAIS
 - POIVRE DU MOULIN

Prepare the marinade:
In a bowl, mix the juice of two lemons with the olive oil, oregano and crumbled thyme. Cut the fish into 3 cm cubes. Cut the second lemon into thin slices, then each slice into 4. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Peel and cut each onion into 4.

On skewers, thread the fish cubes, interspersing the lemon, a small zucchini slice; ¼ onion.

Place skewers in a dish and drizzle with marinade. Leave to marinate in a cool place for 30 min. Add salt and pepper only during cooking.

Cook on the barbecue or under the broiler for 10 min, turning the skewers once or twice.

Before serving, drizzle with remaining marinade.
