International Agricultural Show 2026
High points and great encounters for Le Guérandais :
At the Salon International de l'Agriculture, Le Guérandais had the pleasure of taking part in this key event in the world of agriculture and food. It was an event rich in exchanges, meetings and moments of sharing around our Le Guérandais Guérande Salt.
A strong regional base
On our stand, our General Manager Laurent SERIAT had the honor of welcoming the Guérande Town Hall team, alongside Mayor Nicolas Criaud. It was a very special moment, symbolizing our territorial roots and the close ties that bind our cooperative to the town of Guérande and its surrounding area. Being present in Paris while flying the colors of our salt-growing region: that's what Guérande is all about.
Gastronomy and savoir-faire with Euro-Toques chefs
The show was also marked by great exchanges with Euro-Toques chefs. Our General Manager visited their stand to share a convivial moment around gastronomy, know-how and of course... Le Guérandais Guérande Salt.
Gourmet moment too with our Le Guérandais salts:
- Chef Meidhi Belkessa offered visitors a tasting of a lentil salad sublimated by our different salts. A simple, authentic recipe, demonstrating how each salt reveals unique aromatic nuances and brings all its richness to the dish. A wonderful way to showcase the diversity and subtlety of our harvests.
Highlighting the profession of salt worker
Another highlight of the weekend was Karine Le Marchand's appearance on the Groupe M6 / RTL stand. She gave the floor to Benoît Guitton, one of our salt worker members, for an exchange around:
- the salt worker's trade and know-how
- the differences between Le Guérandais artisanal salt and industrial salt
A great opportunity to highlight the reality of working in salt marshes, the demands of the trade and the specificities of Le Guérandais salt production. We're proud that the voice of our salt workers can be heard on a national scale, helping to promote an entire territory and its know-how.

This 2026 edition of the Salon International de l'Agriculture confirms the collective dynamic carried by our cooperative: institutional partners, committed chefs, media, salt workers... so many players united around the same ambition, to defend a salt of origin, know-how and territory.
