- 3 untreated oranges
- 10g Le Guérandais fine salt
- 2 dessertspoons sugar
- 350g T55 white flour
- 100g T110 wholemeal flour
- 1.5 teaspoons instant dried yeast

“Basic” bread-maker programme
Press the oranges, save the skins and chop the zest from one of them. Add water to the orange juice so that you have 290ml of liquid.
Remove the bowl from your bread-maker and insert the paddle.
Pour the water/orange juice mixture into the bowl. Add the sugar, the Le Guérandais Guérande “Special bread” salt and orange zest, then the flour, making sure to cover all the liquid. Make a well in the centre of the flour without going as deep as the liquid and add the yeast.
Place the bread-making bowl in your machine and lock into place. Select the “basic” programme. Turn off the machine at the end of the cycle. Remove the bowl and turn out the bread. Leave to cool for an hour before cutting.
